Senior Design Engineer
We are seeking a Senior Design Engineer with strong expertise in mechanical design of heavy machinery / power presses. The role involves leading design development, improving machine performance, and supporting new product innovation.

Design and development of Mechanical Power Presses, Press Components, and Automation Systems
- Prepare 3D models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings
- Design optimization for strength, durability, and manufacturing efficiency
- Work closely with production, electrical, and service teams during machine development
- Conduct design validation, calculations, and troubleshooting
- Lead new product development and customization for international customers
- Maintain engineering documentation, BOM, and design standards
- Experience in Power Press / Heavy Presses & Machinery / Sheet Metal Machinery
- Knowledge of FEA analysis and machine structural calculations
- Ability to lead engineering projects and lead experienced design team
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- 10-15 Years Experience in heavy machinery / press machine design
- Strong proficiency in Creo / AutoCAD / 3D CAD software
- Experience in frame design, crankshaft mechanisms, slide systems, die cushion, and press components
- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and fabrication techniques
